EMPOWER! is a virtual hiring event aimed exclusively at economically empowering the TGI community. TransCanWork uses the state-of-the-art career fair platform, Brazen, to directly connect TGI job seekers with employers who are committed to transforming their workplaces so TGI people can succeed at all levels. The organization has hosted virtual career fairs across the country for the TGI community.
