The LGBTQ+ B/ERG Alliance, a program of the North Texas LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, chaired by Mario Boffa (Wells Fargo) facilitates engagement and learning between Business/Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) leaders. The Chamber is in a unique position to offer connection, expertise, and resources to help companies with their B/ERG journey. The Chamber serves as catalyst and convener to support employee engagement and help your team members connect, share, and ultimately thrive.
