Description

The LGBTQ+ B/ERG Alliance, a program of the North Texas LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, facilitates engagement and learning between Business/Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) leaders. The Chamber is in a unique position to offer connection, expertise, and resources to help companies with their B/ERG journey. The Chamber serves a catalyst and convener to support employee engagement and help your team members connect, share, and ultimately thrive. 

This month's topic is How to Engage in Healthy Conflict. Has your B/ERG been defunded, not allowed to participate in Pride celebrations, censored, or isolated? Our speaker, Thomas Rennergy, of Rennergy Coaching, will speak about how to engage in healthy conflict. He will teach about embracing reality and acknowledging possibility. Whether you have current conflicts at work, at home, internal, or external, Thomas will provide skills and tools to help you professionally address conflict and turn it into positive potential.
