Are you ready to elevate your B/ERG? Join us for a morning of inspiration, networking, and delicious food. Learn from fellow LGBTQ+ B/ERG leaders and an expert speaker."

The North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce connects LGBTQ+ B/ERG leaders to help them share, learn, and network in order to engage their members, grow, and impact inclusive workplaces. Part of the LGBTQ+ B/ERG Alliance program consists of quarterly hybrid meetings where participants spend time sharing and learning from each other. We also bring in an external speaker to share best practices, leadership skills, or other experiences that help promote LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion and belonging.

This month's speaker is Speaker, Coach, Author, Don Mamone (they,them). Having recently come out as non-binary, Don is a committed advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and consults with companies and organizations dedicated to diversity, inclusivity and representation as well as creating safe spaces that support and encourage unapologetic authenticity.

You may register to attend in-person or virtual. All registered participants will receive a Teams meeting link the week of the event.
