Work Setting: On-site at ReView Lounge (bar/nightlife environment)

Role Summary

ReView Lounge is a dynamic LGBTQ+ friendly Dallas bar known for themed nights, trivia, DJ sets, watch parties, Dancers and community events. We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and reliable Part-Time Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and evaluate events that drive traffic and brand loyalty. You’ll own the event calendar, coordinate talent and vendors, and ensure seamless night-of execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a rolling 8–12 month event calendar aligned to bar goals and seasons.
  • Source, book, and coordinate entertainers, performers, hosts/MCs, and food-truck partners and more. 
  • Create event briefs, run-of-show, and floor plans; coordinate setup, décor, and breakdown.
  • Collaborate on marketing: flyers/assets, social scheduling, website, cross-posts, Eventbrite listings.
  • Manage RSVPs/guest lists, VIPs, ticketing, and at-door logistics (with bar team support).
  • Track budgets and vendor invoices; complete post-event recaps with KPIs (attendance, sales lift, ROI).
  • Maintain relationships with local organizations, promoters, and neighborhood partners.
  • Ensure compliance with house policies and city/TABC regulations during events.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with the LGBTQ+ on events is a plus. 
  • 1–3+ years coordinating events (nightlife, bar/club, venue, hospitality strongly preferred).
  • Strong Dallas network or familiarity with local entertainment scene is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and communication; cool under pressure on busy nights.
  • Comfort with social promotion (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok), Canva/Adobe, ticketing (Eventbrite), and basic budgeting.
  • Available evenings/weekends; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~25 lbs.



Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time (15–25 hours/week) with heavier weeks around larger events/holidays.
  • Mix of planning/admin (flexible hours) and on-site event coverage (nights/weekends).
  • Compensation: hourly or flat per-event; potential incentives tied to attendance/sales KPIs.
